Machinery health, from signals to decisions.

MARCentre brings vibration, operating data, and reliability evidence into one asset-centered workflow. Follow condition, investigate abnormal behavior, and turn machinery findings into better maintenance decisions.

An asset-centered workspace for machinery evidence.

Representative MARCentre interface; asset names and values are illustrative. Data coverage is scoped for each project.

From machine signals to engineering evidence.

A hybrid model, grounded in evidence.

Research roots, applied to today's machines.

LEANWIND (2013–2017) — Work associated with ULPGC in the European initiative established an early foundation for online condition monitoring and turbine diagnosis and prognosis. MARCentre grew from that direction as a separate initiative.

HYBRID MODELS (2019–2022) — Early machinery work linked FMEA, observable failure symptoms, physics, specialist knowledge, and measured data. A mill-roller bearing study explored wireless vibration and forecasting; its results are specific to that study.

APPLIED RESEARCH (2026) — An MFPT presentation in Salt Lake City explored process-adjusted pump vibration anomalies and preliminary risk scenarios. A separate parallel-pumping RAM manuscript is prepared for CONGREGA / WCEAM in Braga, Portugal, in October 2026. Both inform development; neither establishes deployed product performance.

Pilot programs define assets, evidence, and specialist review before advanced failure probability, RUL, or dynamic risk is considered.

Inside the platform

Explore fleet condition, turbine health, gearbox trends and mechanical vibration analysis. Compatible condition-monitoring data can connect a motor's trend, time waveform and spectrum to its asset context. Screens and values are illustrative; the amber vibration view adapts an earlier interface.
